I am Feeling Right Now.
Right now, I’m really in touch with my feelings. I’ve always been someone who goes along with how I feel. I’ve practiced looking closely at the kinds of feelings I have, not just noticing them, but really embracing them. Studies say that all sorts of thoughts come into our minds at the same time, some good, and some not so good. For me, when a good thought comes up, I grab onto it and use it to do something positive. But when bad thoughts try to take over, I don’t let them bother me. I don’t need to dig into where those bad thoughts come from; I just switch my focus to better things.
By changing how I approach work and life, I’ve managed to stay away from negative thoughts. I’m happy with my thoughts now because I know they shape how I feel. Thoughts are like the start of feelings, which lead to actions and even affect how I breathe. Right at this moment, I’m paying close attention to my breathing and seeing how it’s connected to how I feel.
So, the main thing is, I’ve figured out how to use positive thoughts and feelings to make my life better. I steer away from anything negative and let my feelings improve my overall well-being.
