अळूची भाजी Aluchi Bhaji

अळूचे कंद उकडून खाता येतात. छान बटाट्या सारखे लागतात. कधी कधी वरचे साल सोलल्यानंतर चिकट पापुद्रा हाती येतो. तो बाजूला करावी. यात उष्मांकाचे प्रमाण जास्त असते. त्यामुळे ते सेवन केल्यामुळे लवकर भूक लागत नाही. अळूच्या भाजीसोबत गव्हाची पोळी, सफेद भातावर छान लागते. त्यावर साजूक तुपाची धार असल्यास अस्सल जेवणाची रंगत येते.
